About Us

PhilSci Foundation is formed to undertake activities that promote, facilitate, coordinate, and protect the general interests of the key stakeholders of the rice industry. The target stakeholders are farmers, processors, entrepreneurs, workers, researchers, consumers and other individuals or groups. The activities are envisioned to be integrated, dynamic and sustained. These can be attained through collaboration and coordination with the government and private organizations, individuals, agencies and institutions. By doing these, PhilSci would greatly contribute in promoting food security and improving the welfare of Philippine rice industry stakeholders.
